This Privacy Policy explains what information Graphic Worker (https://www.graphicworker.com) collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Orders. When you buy a template we collect your email address and name so we can send your download link. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card or PayPal password.
Your account. If you create an account we store your name, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, plus your order history, so you can log in and download your files again. You can change your details or delete your account at any time from the My account page.
Chat and contact messages. If you use the chat or the contact form we store your name, email, your messages and any files you upload, so we can reply and do the work.
Technical data. Like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit in standard log files. We use it for security and to understand how the site is used.
Visitor statistics. We count page views, country (worked out from your IP address, which we do not store), device type and the website you came from. This uses no cookies and the data is anonymous.

Cookies and advertising

We use a small cookie to remember your cookie choice, a cookie to keep the items in your shopping cart, and a cookie to keep you logged in if you have an account. These are needed for the shop to work. We may show advertisements from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum needed with service providers who help us run the site: PayPal (payments), our hosting and email providers, and Google (advertising). We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and support. Chat messages and uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to finish your job, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
